Perfect Choice Founder Honored as REALTOR of the Year!

The Capital Region Board of REALTORS® named Judith Richard the 2014 REALTOR® of the Year at the annual awards luncheon earlier this month. The Board, which was chartered in 1955, has more than 400 REALTOR® and Affiliate members and serves 24 towns in the Concord region of New Hampshire.

Richard currently serves as the Board’s treasurer, as well as the president of the New Hampshire chapter of the Women’s Council of REALTORS®. She was the 2006 recipient of the REALTOR® Member of the Year Award from both the Central New Hampshire Chapter of the Women’s Council of REALTORS® and the Women’s Council of REALTORS® – State of New Hampshire.
